It's Feature Friday! Get to know a little about the newest addition to our team, James!

🏗️ What attracted you to construction?

I learned this when working on the farm I grew up on and working in construction in the summer when I was a teenager. I decided that would be a good way to make living, so I went to engineering school to advance those skills.

🚧 What advice would you want to give someone who wanted to enter the construction field?

Ask questions. The industry is always evolving, and learning as many topics related to it will help improve your knowledge and skills.

🦺 Tell us an interesting or fun fact about yourself!

I enjoy the outdoors very much, such as hunting and fishing. I enjoy doing it with friends and family, and I've been introducing my son to it as well.
