/Sterling Estates - East Cobb's renovations were completed in 2014. The ninety-unit, 93,500 SF assisted living facility is surrounded by six two-story cottages, housing a 2,000 SF independent living residence on each floor.
Macallan constructed 36,000 SF of two and three-bedroom duplexes, each with its own two-car garages, full-featured kitchens, hardwood floors, and covered porches.
