PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The Powder Springs Municipal Court project involved the expansion and renovation of the existing municipal building in downtown Powder Springs, for which we worked closely with CROFT, the architect. The scope includes a 24,000 SF two-story addition, 10,000 SF of interior renovations, and the construction of a new 52,000 SF two-story precast parking deck. Interior improvements feature a new courtroom, numerous offices, conference rooms, collaboration areas, breakrooms, restrooms, covered porch, and breakrooms, enhancing both functionality and public service capacity.
