Peachtree Hills Place provides amenity-rich independent living for discerning senior adults.
Peachtree Hills Place Cottages are single-family cottages that are a part of the larger Peachtree Hills Place senior living multi-family development in the Peachtree Hills neighborhood south of Buckhead.
Macallan Construction’s initial phase included the construction of four detached luxury custom home sites. Each cottage is unique, with an average area of 4.600 SF with high-end millwork, finishes, appliances, custom windows, and elevators.
The second phase included larger home sites with daylight basements, similarly appointed with one cottage fully customized to accommodate the owner’s extensive art collection.
