Patrick Fleming serves as Partner and President of Macallan Construction, where he leads the company’s vision, strategy, operations, and long-term growth. With more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry, he brings a proven track record of delivering complex projects, building high-performing teams, and championing innovation.

Patrick began his career as an intern with Winter Construction before contributing to transformative projects at Balfour Beatty. Most recently, he served as Vice President of the Commercial Group at J.E. Dunn, where he was recognized for his energy, mentorship, and commitment to excellence. 

Today, Patrick continues to foster a culture of collaboration and forward-thinking at Macallan, ensuring the successful delivery of projects and the sustained growth of the company.
