Charlie Yates Clubhouse Renovation
/Introducing the renovated Charlie Yates Clubhouse! This project included updating the interior with new flooring, ceilings, lighting, paint, door hardware, and millwork. Plumbing and electrical were added for new food service equipment and the exterior was updated with new paint and lighting.

Head House | City of Dahlonega

We are so excited to share the perfect pastels of Head House with you!
This project was a 2,399 square-foot historic restoration project for the City of Dahlonega. The project consisted of stabilizing the structure, moving it onto a new foundation on the other side of the site, rebuilding the porches, repairing rotten siding and trim, refreshing finishes, and landscaping.

Plaza Towers Renovation
/We're excited to share footage of our newest completed project, Plaza Towers! This project was a renovation of two 26-story condominium towers, located in Buckhead. The scope of work included 2,500 SF of event space, updated millwork, new carpet, new wall coverings, plaza restroom upgrades, and renovated front reception desks.

Project Spotlight | Roswell Mill Trail
/The City of Roswell partnered with Macallan on phase three of its Old Mill Park Trail Extension Project.
The project included the expansion of the existing trail system to incorporate pedestrian and ADA trail access through boardwalks and overlooks. This will allow additional connectivity to the historic mill ruins south of the covered bridge at Old Mill Park at 95 Mill View Avenue.

Advanced Recovery Systems
/This project was a 30,840 square-foot complete interior renovation with exterior site and landscape improvements. The building was a once assisted living center transformed into a stunning rehabilitation center set up for multiple levels of treatment.
Project Spotlight | Omni Hotel
/This project spotlight was a transformative renovation of the Omni Hotel's South Tower. The renovation included the public areas, the motor-court, offices, restrooms and lobbies. The all-day dining received new finishes throughout and adjacent modern living room bar offers guests a very upscale yet comfortable gathering spot. The transformation created new amenities, including the Centennial Grounds coffee and retail shop. Finally, after removing a floor and part of the exterior cladding from the building, and installing a new commercial kitchen, the new spacious Top Draught sports with it’s vibrant polished red floor offers the best view of Centennial Park from it elevated patio area.

Capital City Bank is finally complete!
/This project was a 6,110 square-foot new construction building with a 1.98 acre total land improvement. The building is one of the Georgia locations for Capital City Bank, just steps from Marietta Square. The bank is divided into a banking center and a home loan office.
