Advanced Recovery Systems
/This project was a 30,840 square-foot complete interior renovation with exterior site and landscape improvements. The building was a once assisted living center transformed into a stunning rehabilitation center set up for multiple levels of treatment.
Project Spotlight | Omni Hotel
/This project spotlight was a transformative renovation of the Omni Hotel's South Tower. The renovation included the public areas, the motor-court, offices, restrooms and lobbies. The all-day dining received new finishes throughout and adjacent modern living room bar offers guests a very upscale yet comfortable gathering spot. The transformation created new amenities, including the Centennial Grounds coffee and retail shop. Finally, after removing a floor and part of the exterior cladding from the building, and installing a new commercial kitchen, the new spacious Top Draught sports with it’s vibrant polished red floor offers the best view of Centennial Park from it elevated patio area.

Capital City Bank is finally complete!
/This project was a 6,110 square-foot new construction building with a 1.98 acre total land improvement. The building is one of the Georgia locations for Capital City Bank, just steps from Marietta Square. The bank is divided into a banking center and a home loan office.
Project Spotlight | Good Game at the Battery

Good Game at The Battery is a distinctive dining and entertainment concept, developed by Delaware North, that offers Topgolf’s Swing Suite virtual simulator bays in a fun and interactive atmosphere!
This 7,500 SF restaurant/bar buildout includes seven golf simulators, a new kitchen, grease line, Make Up Air and Pollution Control units, high-end millwork, tile flooring and wall finishes, wood paneling, and custom metal/glass fabrications.

Project Spotlight | Creekstone Estates
/This stunning project was a renovation of an existing 9,000 SF clubhouse for the Creekstone Estates Homeowner’s Association.
Renovations included closing in the area around the staircase to create more open floor space, upgrading 2 kitchens, refreshed paint and flooring, a patio refresh and updated all access controls.

Advanced Recovery Systems | Grand Opening
/Our team had the pleasure of attending the grand opening of Advanced Recovery Systems, LLC newest location in Alpharetta.
Macallan Construction has had the great honor of turning this once assisted living center into a rehabilitation center with multiple levels of treatment for those suffering from drug and alcohol addictions.
