Safety is our number one priority at Macallan Construction. We are honored that The Associated Builders and Contractors of Georgia (ABC) have awarded us with the SILVER- level STEP recognition as well as a Georgia Award of Safety Excellence! In 2020 we had 0 fatalities, 2020 DART Rate at less than or equal to 1/3 of the national average, 2020 Lost Time at less than or equal to the national average, and total recordable incident rate less than or equal to ½ of the national average.

The Baby Strand!

HERE IT IS - The Baby Strand! We had so much fun partnering with Foreman Seeley Fountain Architecture to design/build this miniature replica of The Strand Theatre to benefit The Center for Family Resources 2021 Parade of Playhouses. You can see The Baby Strand at Town Center at Cobb in Kennesaw for the next two weeks after which it will be auctioned off to support the organization.

This playhouse features a marquee, extendable stage floor to increase your stage presence, four full size theatre seats, side stage door for dramatic entrances, battery powered stage lighting, backwall scrim for projection and a proscenium with curtains.

Pardon our Progress!

We are working with Jamestown L.P. to add a spiral staircase, vestibules, enhanced lighting, and, in general making the passage from the Atlanta BeltLine entrance to Ponce City Market bigger and brighter.

We are building a Playhouse!!

Let the competition begin! We are partnering with Foreman Seeley Fountain Architecture to design/build an iconic playhouse to benefit The Center for Family Resources 2021 Parade of Playhouses. The playhouses will be on display at Town Center for two weeks and will be auctioned and raffled off to support the organization.

This event replaces The Center for Family Resources' annual gala and will raise critical funds to support their mission-based work of preventing childhood homelessness and supporting families on the path to stability and success.
