Macallan Construction Starts Another Project at The Battery Atlanta!
/We have started the buildout of a very unique space at The Battery. THE VOID, only in a handful of locations globally, provides guests with an immersive Virtual Reality experience unlike any other. It will be fun to treat our team to what will surely be an awesome experience. But first - we have to roll up our sleeves and get the work done!

We love to solve owners' problems on projects big and small, and we're proud of our recent work at the Georgia World Congress Center! The owner needed a temporary structure to be installed within a week, utilized for a week, and then removed within a few days. The structure needed to be built underneath an existing connector bridge and required hard walls, lighting, AC, flooring, and code-compliant exits in order to meet project guidelines. We wanted visitors to feel like they didn’t have to exit the building when moving between exhibit halls. After utilizing SketchUp to create a mockup that would help us communicate our design direction, our team sought out a vendor to implement this unique tent structure!

Peachtree Hills Place has just reached a HUGE milestone!
/The team has been working hard and has completed the framing of all four houses. We will begin construction on exteriors before the end of the month!

The newly renovated building will have a mixed use with a butcher and bakery establishment on the first floor, and residence on the second floor, totaling 12,290 SF. In partnership with Office of Design, we’ve begun making significant structural modifications to prep the building. In addition, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing infrastructure will be installed to support the commercial kitchens being built.

Cobblestone at Park Springs renovation is gorgeous!

We are so excited to announce the completion of our Cobblestone at Park Springs project. This renovation spanned an entire two-story, 40,000 SF senior living facility, including a total of 63 individual units, nearly all common spaces, the addition of two fully functional kitchens, and a covered patio within the courtyard.

Congregation Children of Israel Renovation!

Third Annual Chili Cook Off!

We had a blast at our annual chili cook off! Thank you to Cobb County Fire & Emergency Services (Station 19) for judging the chili entries and helping us (along with our staff) raise over $600 for Brumby Elementary's STEM program. Congratulations to our first place winner Emma Maxwell!
We Love Our Community!
/Thank you to Anna Lilley (and her sister) for volunteering at the Girl Scouts of Historic Georgia engineering day! They spent the afternoon with 64+ girls aged 6-14 learning about engineering and problem solving. They made “helping hands” to help someone grab out of reach items or to provide assistance to someone who has use of one hand.
Peachtree Hills Place New Construction!
/We are so excited to be partnering with Isakson Living and Kuo Diedrich Chi on the construction of four custom home sites at Peachtree Hills Place, a new senior living, multi-family development in south Buckhead. The initial phase of construction includes four unique units with high-end millwork, finishes, custom windows, and elevators. Future phases will include larger home sites with daylight basements.

Georgia State University Football Operations Renovation!

We are so excited to partner with Georgia State University and CBRE l HEERY on the renovation of the Football Operations space at Georgia State University stadium. Renovations at the former Turner field stadium include complete demolition of former operations space for the Atlanta Braves. The newly renovated space will include a 150-seat tiered meeting space, a 50-seat tiered meeting space, multiple smaller meeting / conference rooms, offices, locker room and showers.
