PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The east wing of Ponce City Market was renovated and rebranded as Market East, a 5,800-square-foot transformation that expands the iconic central food hall. The project included the buildout of six new vendor kiosk shell spaces with commercial kitchens, three of which became new restaurants—Uwu Desserts, Lime Tiger, and Boom Boom Bao. The renovation also introduced new lighting, signage, and paint, creating a fresh identity for the space while honoring the character of the historic building.
