Greg Gentry brings more than 17 years of experience in estimating, budgeting, and strategic project planning across commercial, healthcare, education, institutional, and community-focused developments. His broad preconstruction background allows him to evaluate complex projects, anticipate potential challenges, and establish clear strategies from the earliest stages of planning.
Throughout his career, Greg has developed accurate cost models, performed value analysis, cultivated strong subcontractor relationships, and coordinated closely with owners, design teams, and project managers. His portfolio includes notable projects for The Atlanta Opera, Northside Youth Organization, Georgia Power, Grady Healthcare System, Woodward Academy, and the Bobby Jones Golf Course Foundation.
In his role as Director of Preconstruction at Macallan Construction, Greg leads our team of estimators and oversees the preconstruction process from initial concept through contract. He helps clients make informed decisions, optimize project budgets, and establish a clear path to construction while ensuring a seamless transition from planning to execution.
