PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The McCray House project involved the relocation and adaptive renovation of a historic mid-1800s home in Acworth, for which we worked closely with the City of Acworth, architect CROFT, and Smith House Movers. The scope includes relocating the historic structure down Cherokee Street to its new home at the Logan Farm Park entrance, along with a full renovation to preserve the character of the 170+ year-old building while preparing it for modern use.

Improvements feature new roofing and exterior siding, refinished flooring, and intricate porch detail restoration, honoring the home's historic craftsmanship. Once complete, the McCray House will be reborn as the fourth location of Bizarre Coffee Company, blending historic preservation with new community-focused public space.
