PROJECT DESCRIPTION
This project included extensive renovations and additions to the existing 28,800-square-foot clubhouse to enhance functionality and improve the overall guest experience. The scope expanded the facility to approximately 32,770 square feet and included upgrades to the Pro Shop, gathering spaces, and multiple dining areas including the Sconti and Dogwood Rooms. Additions included new covered patios, terraces off the bar, and a veranda. The project also involved converting the existing pavilion into a conditioned space, enclosing and renovating the site ramp, and updating restroom facilities. Work included structural, MEP, hardscape, and site improvements, all completed while maintaining the architectural character of the original building.
