Ben Garrison brings a diverse construction background and a strong understanding of the industry to his role as Business Development Manager. With experience spanning superintendent, field engineering, and project engineering positions across multifamily, student housing, hospitality, senior living, office, and data center projects, Ben offers a unique perspective on the construction process. His hands-on experience allows him to understand client needs, identify opportunities, and build lasting relationships while helping connect clients with the right solutions for their projects.
Before joining Macallan Construction, Ben served as Superintendent at J.E. Dunn Construction and previously held Assistant Superintendent, Field Engineer, and Project Engineer roles at Choate Construction. In addition to his construction career, he has served as an officer in the United States Army Reserves, where he developed valuable leadership, strategic planning, and relationship-building skills.
In his current role as Business Development Manager at Macallan Construction, Ben focuses on cultivating client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting the company's continued growth. Drawing on his extensive field experience and technical knowledge, he works closely with clients and internal teams to understand project goals, develop strategic partnerships, and position Macallan as a trusted construction partner. His combination of operational expertise, strong communication skills, and relationship-driven approach allows him to bridge the gap between business development and project execution.
